REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
Your booking is not confirmed until this deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event date.
Failure to make final payment may result in your booking being cancelled.

Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. However, as a small business, securing your booking means we often turn away other enquiries for the same date.

For this reason:

  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to your event will forfeit the deposit only

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of your event will result in 100% of the booking fee being retained

Rescheduling

Where possible, we will always try to accommodate date changes.

  • Rescheduling requests made more than 14 days prior may be transferred to a new date (subject to availability)

  • Rescheduling within 7 days of the event will be treated as a cancellation

Client Responsibility

All equipment must be returned in the condition it was provided.

Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply if equipment is returned excessively dirty, damaged, or requires deep cleaning beyond standard use.
